What to Bring
This is just a simplified list of what you’ll want to make sure you have with you.
Spare Tubes, Tires, Brakes, etc.
Cold weather cycling clothes
Extra changes of street clothes
Plenty of water and water bottles
Your favorite energy bars, blocks, gels, drinks
Food and Snacks (there are grocery stores along the way, but they are more expensive)
Hygiene items (your teammates might appreciate this)
First Aid Kit
Personal/Medical contacts of each rider
Books and games for the road
Sleeping Bags – we’ve seen people sleeping in some odd places…
